A large-scale survey will be conducted that will involve the participation of at approximately 1.000 SMEs in the 15 Growth Centres.
KUYAP TAT would like to inform that the survey for the identification of best practices in developed regions of West of Turkey has been beginning. The aim of this activity is to identify best practices on the adoption of successful adaptability measures to the changes in the global economy, by SMEs in developed regions of Turkey.
Adaptability is the new competitive advantage. Traditional approaches to small business strategy assume a relatively stable world. But because of many changes that globalization, new technologies, and greater transparency have combined to up-end the small conventional business environment. Sustainable competitive advantage no longer arises from positioning or resources
Now, competitive advantage for small business comes from concrete capabilities that foster rapid adaptation as the ability to experiment rapidly and frequently changes - not only with products and services but also with business models, processes, and strategies.
In practice, for companies adaptability is a leverage for becoming more profitable.
